"Great central location for what we had planned for our 3 days. Accommodations were what we needed. Utilized the hot tub both nights and made all of our meals at the condo and everything we needed was there. Parking was great, the unit was quiet and family friendly. We will stay here again!"

"Pacific Winds Fair Havens is the perfect spot to spend some time while in Lincoln City. This ground level property has a walk out to the grass area overlooking the beach. The location also provides shelter from any southerly breezes. The property is well maintained and actually is better than the “on line”description. We have previously stayed at the adjacent Coho hotel which is a nice place but I will be recommending “Fair Havens” to all my friends ( the walk out to the grass area was the winner ) One comment I would like to make is for future guests. The barbecue is a George Foreman electric grill. I have one at home. Do not try and scrape it clean..it damages the non stick surface. A truly great vacation property"

"The ground floor condo we were in was wonderful, quiet, CLEAN, SAFE, and only one block away from the beach access. Having a washer/dryer in our unit was a big plus. Everything was in great condition and in working order. We cooked and entertained in the large beautiful kitchen. It is within easy travel distance to Depoe Bay, Newport, the Aquarium, Pelican Bay, and of course the beach! We drove to Tillamook and went through the cheese factory - a must see for all! We will be coming back to Pacific Winds - Fair Havens again. There is no better place to stay!"

The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and playing pool after a fun day spent on the beach! "We booked this condo on the day of departure/check in. Called keystone to confirm the reservation since it was an hour before checking. They were helpful and sent all the information by email right away. This condo has everything needed, furnishing in great condition, comfortable and amazing view right outside. We used the pool and hot tub which the kids enjoyed. Property is well maintained. Close to shopping nice and quiet. Cell service was spotty but the WiFi helped."

"This rental was perfect for our annual sister reunion! The home was comfortable, view was beautiful, and all instructions made it easy. Keystone customer service has also been amazing (when my credit card company did some mess-ups). We had fun walking on the beach (access was just a block away), visiting the shops where we could choose a glass ball to take home (didn't see anyone finding them on the beach), and had lunches and dinners at lots of good restaurants. "We rented this condo for two old friends to spend a few days relaxing together. Because our main objective was to "stay in" (ocean watch, laugh, play games, watch movies, and swim) this condo was perfect! It is also ideally situated for our outings to the outlet mall, casino and restaurants too. I have stayed at many rental condos and must say the needed labeling/instructions posted throughout were the easiest to comprehend that I have run across. If we had to state one complaint, it would be that the unit is so well insulated that the sound of the ocean can not be heard unless the windows are open.. we had pretty nice weather so really wasn't a problem for us. You know it is a good property if that was the only "negative" we could come up with. Really a great place and a great stay."

"Our first time to Lincoln City was made better, by having such a wonderful place to come back to and relax. Having a one year old, it was wonderful to be close to the beach so we could easily make short trips to the beach. Then of course easily be back in the room for naps. Location was amazing. The views from the living room were spectacular. It was a joy watching the sunsets and sunrises.
Having never stayed at a rental property before, we were pleasantly surprised how many kitchen supplies and seasonings were available for cooking.
