How close are the Pacific Winds units to beach access?
On either side of the property, beach access is less than half a block walk.  If you would like to drive and park your vehicle on the sand, the south side beach access will accommodate. 

How close is the Village at North Pointe to beach access?
The nearest beach access is at Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area about one mile north of the Village at North Pointe.  For more information visit Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area Website

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We typically do not take reservations more than a year in advance.  Peak weekends and event weekends tend to fill up fast beginning in January of that year.  You should plan your stay at least 6 months in advance to guarantee your desired dates.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?
A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival.  All reservations require a credit card payment at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation.  By authorizing payment via credit card you are authorizing Keystone Vacation Rentals to charge your credit card the balance of the total charges 30 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. A notice will be sent to you via email to confirm receipt of payment.  We do not allow payment at the time of arrival.  Reservation charges include, but are not limited to, lodging, taxes, damage waiver (ARDW), cleaning fee and booking fee.  All fees are subject to change.

We accept Visa, Master Card, & Discover Card.

What are my check in/out times?
Check in is 4:00 pm on the commencement date of your rental period (often times the day of arrival).  Check out is 11:00 am on the final day of your reservation period. 

Is travel insurance available?
You are a valued guest and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend one of Travel Guard's Travel Plans. 

Smoking and pet policy at Pacific Winds and Village at North Pointe units?
Due to the HOA rules of these complexes, there is no smoking or pets allowed on the premises.

Are all the properties non-smoking?
Unless otherwise noted, all our properties are non-smoking.

Are the photos I see on the website representative of the actual unit?
We constantly update our photos to reflect the actual property.  Everything you see on our website is the actual property you will be renting.  If you have any questions about the property you want to rent, feel free to call or email us at anytime.

Is the cleaning fee waivable?
We do not waive the cleaning fee.  All of our properties are professionally cleaned and our laundry is professionally laundered after each stay.  We do this to ensure that every rental meets our standards of quality and consistency. 

Are there cleaning supplies in the homes?
Basic cleaning supplies are provided in the homes.  A mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, iron and ironing board are in the property. Additionally, there are starter paper products and soaps. Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility during their stay.  Unless otherwise noted in the reservation, most of our units also have dishwashers and washer/dryers.

Are the homes cleaned daily?
No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.  You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home.  Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.  Please check the occupancy information provided for the vacation home you are interested in. 

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Keystone Vacation Rentals?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email.  To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to accept the domain keystonevacationsoregon.com to your list of accepted email addresses.  If you do not receive these emails, please contact us.
