Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (Damage Waiver)

During your stay in one of our vacation rentals, Keystone Vacation Rentals is now offering Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (also called ARDI or a Damage Waiver) in lieu of a security deposit. ARDI is an insurance plan that provides coverage for accidental damage to the vacation rental dwelling during your stay. For more information, please review the ARDI Flyer.

Travel Guard's All Seasons Travel Plan

You’ve saved. You’ve planned. You’ve looked forward to your vacation for months. Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go according to plan. What if you or a loved one gets sick before you leave for your trip? What if you need medical treatment while traveling? What if a rain storm closes the highway or your car breaks down on the way?

Keystone Vacation Rentals is proud to offer Travel Guard’s All Seasons Travel Plan which can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.

The cost is 7% of your total reservation and we recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage.  In addition to protecting your vacation investment, Travel Guard has other advantages including 24 hour emergency hotline and concierge services plus coverage for emergency medical expenses and transportation.
