How close are the Pacific Winds Units to beach access?

On either side of the property, beach access is less than half a block walk.  If you would like to drive and park your vehicle on the sand, the South side beach access will accommodate. 

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We typically do not take reservations more than a year in advance.  Peak weekends and event weekends tend to fill up fast beginning in January of that year.  You should plan your stay at least 6 months in advance to guarantee your desired dates.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?

A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival.  All online reservations require a credit card payment at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation.  By authorizing payment via credit card you are authorizing Keystone Vacation Rentals to charge your credit card the balance of the total charges 30 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. A notice will be sent to you via e-mail to confirm receipt of payment.  We do not allow payment at the time of arrival.  Reservation charges include lodging, taxes, cleaning fee and booking fee.  All fees are subject to change.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

You are a valued guest and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend Travel Guard's All Season Travel Plan.

During your stay in one of our vacation rentals, Keystone Vacation Rentals recommends Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (ARDI) Plan.  ARDI is an insurance plan that provides coverage for accidental damages to the vacation rental dwelling during your stay, in place of a security deposit.  For more information, follow the applicable link below:

Smoking and pet policy at Pacific Winds Units?

Due to the rules of the Pacific Winds Complex, there is no smoking or pets on the premises.

Are all the properties non-smoking?

Unless otherwise noted, all our properties are non-smoking.

Are the photos I see on the website representative of the actual unit?

Are there cleaning supplies in the homes?

Basic cleaning supplies are provided in the homes.  A mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, iron and ironing board are in the property. Additionally, there are starter paper products and soaps. Replenishment of these items are the guests responsibility during their stay.  Unless otherwise noted in the reservation, most of our units also have dishwashers and washer/dryers.

Are the homes cleaned daily?

No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.  You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?
